All In One Place

SongHub's
Blockchain/AI Solution
SongHub works with generative AI platforms to identify the human and AI elements in AI-generated music - allowing for song splits, performing rights organization and US Copyright Office registrations, opening up royalty collections for human/AI-generated music for the first time.

We see blockchain technology as the perfect music rights solution, streamlining how millions of rights holders receive their royalty payments. One of blockchain's highest use cases is rights management - as a global digital ledger - accessible 24/7, transparent, and immutable. This prevents data siloing - where numerous parties have separate and often differing data, causing inaccurate and unpayable royalties.
We are the only platform that incorporates blockchain technology seamlessly into the creative process without the impediments of wallets, cryptocurrency exchange accounts and other elements that most creatives don't possess or understand. We’re also able to tie the actual music file to the blockchain transaction, enabling positive audio identification. This makes the process automatic, and frictionless - two factors that writers, artists, and commercial rights holders require when dealing with their IP. There's no reason music rights management and royalties should be complex. Our mission is to simplify the process and make it usable for all creators and rights holders.
Protect & Collect
SongHub provides a one-stop solution for registering compositions and sound recordings with all the necessary collection societies and U.S. Copyright Office, ensuring creators are properly protected and compensated from the use of their music. Whether it’s from public performance in a bar or venue, commercial play on terrestrial or satellite radio, or synchronization use in film or television, SongHub helps protect creators and their work.

Our AI Roadmap
Generative AI music platforms are producing more than 350,000 songs every day. SongHub works at the song-creation level to identify which elements are human created, and which are AI generated. Those song splits are stored on blockchain, and can be registered with the writers' affiliated publishers, PROs and mechanical collection societies - allowing royalties to be paid to the rights holders. We’re currently developing advanced AI technologies that will help streamline the song registration process and dynamic smart contracts. From collaborator matching and auto tagging, to full tracking of songs as they are played, we are working toward true pay-per-play monetization on a global basis.
